Extreme Glow Up Transformation in Korea (k-pop idol makeup and hair, celebrity skin laser treatment)

Hello from Korea! I am going to give myself a glowup transformation. It's been a while since I did any sort of self-care pampering. So when in Korea you have to take advantage of all things beauty skin care shopping all those fun things. So that's what I'm going to do. And I'm so excited because I booked myself an appointment with some of the top people in the industry. And I'm a little nervous but I can't wait to show you guys everything. So stay tuned till the very end for the final reveal.

First order of business is nails. I have not gotten my nails done in so long. I'm actually very excited. Got a little bow and a heart diamond. We are on our way to the hair salon. I'm checking out a new hair salon than the one I usually go to. This one is called Adido. Yeah I'm very excited because I've been saving a bunch of her photos. A lot of her clients have like the most beautiful like silky hair and.

That's what I'm trying to go for today cuz my hair is looking so dry. So sad so droopy. I just need to bring some life back into it. Thank you. We just made it.

The last time I went to a hair salon was 6 months ago. So I wanted a complete hair refresh. We started with a rough cut first because I decided I was going to chop my hair off. We then went into the hair dye process. I haven't dyed my hair in years and wanted a new color. I went for a subtle beige brown color. The color was subtle but I felt like it brightened my complexion. After we went straight into the Keratin treatment which this is what I was specifically looking for on this trip. Guys look at my brows.

This treatment is great for damaged, frizzy or wavy hair if you want to straighten it out. It's a little similar to the magic straight perm except it's not permanent and you don't get like pin straight hair. I have wavy hair growing from like the inside of my hair and wanted to straighten it out. I've had this treatment a few times and was always happy with my results. And we finished off with cutting the rest of my hair and I am back to my bob era. This is the final result I love how silky soft my hair is.

My hair just feels very refreshed and lighter. This is the hair. I did not have any plans on cutting my hair to this short but this is where we are at. My hair is so soft though. But right now we're about to go get some laser. I'm going to do a laser called titanium lifting.

Which I heard is a celebrity laser like there's no downtime. So I'm really excited to try. Day two of my hair. This is also day two of my titanium lifting.

The titanium laser is kind of like the hype right now in Korea. It's called the celebrity laser. A lot of celebrities get this treatment when they have like an important event or like a photo shoot. Because you can see the results right away. I'm reaching my 30s so I'm just more interested in anti-aging. And I feel like with skin care it's just easier to take more like preventative measures rather than trying to reverse things. I was very interested in this one because there's like no downtime and you see the results right away.

Basically what it's supposed to do is it doesn't necessarily like lift your face like this. But the way she described it is like it kind of just like supposed to snatch your face so. I'll keep you guys updated and let you know what I think. Came here to get colored contacts. These are the two that I am picking out.

So today is a day where I'm getting my hair and makeup done by. Celebrity hair stylist and makeup artist and I'm a little nervous. Because they do like some of the top K-pop idols celebrities. To name a few we've got Jennie, Karina, Wonyoung, Song JiA. I'm so curious what I would look like when I get my makeup done professionally by. By the people who actually do the K-pop Idols the actresses that I find so much inspiration from.

I'm so excited. I have no idea where we are. So the shop that I went to is called Kitts and this is my first time getting my makeup done in Korea. The artist used three different base foundations on my face. And I'll have all the products we used in the description. She fill in my hairline with a hairline shadow and in the most subtle way possible it changed my face shape. I'm definitely going to buy this product before I leave. This is Eunbi who does a lot of of our favorite K-pop Idols makeup she's very talented.

She asked me if I've ever had eyelash extensions and if it ever felt a little awkward on me. And yes I have always felt that lash extensions made my eyes look a little bit too strong and unnatural for my liking. So she put a few individual lashes only on the outer part of my eyes. Where it was a bit sparse. And went in with this wooden stick to individually separate my lashes and my lashes never looked this good. We did blush right below the eyes which I've never done before and I really liked it.

Highlight under the aegyosal, the glitter, the nose contour, highlight. One by one I was looking at myself in the mirror and was blown away at how much difference each step made. For hair Seoha did my hair and she's so talented as well. She does a lot of K-pop Idol hair. We added hair extensions for some drama now that my hair is really short. I've always wanted to try the small see-through bangs that Idols have been rocking. I was honestly impressed at how long these bangs stayed intact for in the same exact place.

I have a longer face shape which I find it really tricky to find hairstyles that compliment or balance my face. I thought the small see-through bangs was very flattering on my big old forehead. And this is the final look. Oh my gosh. We are going to the studio now to take photos of this. So I can capture and save this look forever cause after today it’s gone.

I'm so sad I have to take off all of my hair extensions. You guys I think I have to go back. I need to go out in public like this.

Half short half long. And I need to go the hair on and get the rest removed cuz I think it's actually glued in.
